Initial consultations usually take 1 hour and will allow us to try and pinpoint how the behaviour began so the correct training technique can then be applied.

Puppy Classes
We have organised classes taught by APDT qualified trainers on Tuesday evenings at Chart Sutton Village Hall.
Puppy class is something we would consider an essential. All puppies need to know some general basic obedience and how to interact with other dogs.

Obedience Classes
Flawless Paws’ trainers use “Positive Training” techniques ensuring that there is little or no need for negative enforcement. This allows for quicker bonding and faster training as the dog understands what is being taught.

Trick classes are great for those dogs that have already gone through Obedience and want to take their training to another level.

Chloe and Jess
From before we even picked Jess up I started looking for training sessions to take her to. However we struggled to find any that were not set courses. As soon as I was told about Alex I could tell it was exactly what we needed. Every week now Jess gets so excited when we turn up to the village hall and knows exactly where she is. We come to both the obedience and the trick training. Both have really helped me build an amazing relationship with Jess and do something she really loves whilst also helping me feel more in control and confident when I really didn’t at the start. Alex is always ready to answer all questions you may have and offer help and ideas that allow you to work on problems or concerns not just whilst you are with her but also when you are away at home. The training feels relaxed and easy, to build you up slowly among other dogs, which has been great for testing and building on Jess’ focus. We couldn’t recommend more and the proof is in how much Jess loves Alex!

Edie (Eedee) and I thoroughly enjoy coming to the classes! Alex is always encouraging and patient. Her training gives a gentle start with basic training and then gradual increase in more complex commands. Her excellent knowledge and her observations of dog and owner at work during sessions enable her to offer tips and support on all areas that we work on each week. She’s also always available to discuss and help with things outside of training that might be troubling us in the week.

Alex is a fantastic dog trainer. We rescue greyhounds and Spanish Podenco's. We first got in touch with Alex to help with a greyhound rescue we were fostering called Dawn. Dawn joined Alex in Day Care and loved being able to run free. Once Dawn had found her forever home we then took on Mia, our Podenco, she was very shy. I took her to puppy and obedience classes and week on week you could see her confidence grow. Alex explains the reasons behind each training technique and how to achieve the best from your dog in lots of different situations. We thoroughly enjoy and look forward to Tuesday evenings.
